For over 35 years, I have dedicated my career to the dental industry—working in private practice, coaching teams, and speaking at conferences. • Step-by-Step Implementation Guide: Each participating team receives a written guide outlining the phases of implementation, starting immediately at the convention. This structured roadmap ensures clarity and accountability from day one.
• Monthly Coaching Sessions: Teams will have access to one hour of virtual coaching per month for three months, either in a group setting or one-on-one, to maintain momentum, answer questions, and troubleshoot challenges.
• Ongoing Support & Accountability: Participants receive unlimited email access for guidance and support throughout the program, ensuring they stay engaged and motivated.
• Optional Add-On Training: For teams needing extra assistance, additional training time can be added to their 90-day package for deeper learning and hands-on coaching.
• Post-Program Guidance: After completing the 90-day process, teams will be directed back to the original speaker or coach for further tailored training if needed.
