Terms and Conditions for DeW Membership Plans

By enrolling in any of the DeW Membership tiers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Commitment Period

  • Memberships are an annual commitment. Members are required to fulfill the full payment commitment for the chosen tier (Core, Premium, or Platinum) upon signup.
  • Monthly payment plans, if applicable for the Platinum plan, are designed to spread the cost but do not negate the annual commitment.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Membership cancellations will not be permitted mid-term, and refunds will not be issued.
  • Exceptions to this policy will only be made in extreme and specific circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, significant life changes) and are subject to review and approval by DeW’s leadership team.

Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full or through an approved payment plan. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of membership benefits and access.
  • Late or failed payments will incur a fee of $25 per instance.

Membership Transfers

  • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

Benefits and Event Attendance

  • Access to membership benefits, including events, programs, and sessions, is contingent on the successful completion of membership payments.
  • No prorated refunds will be provided for missed events or unused benefits.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to membership terms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by DeW’s leadership team. The decision made by the leadership team is final.

Policy Updates

  • These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

Refund Policy for DeW Life Retreat 2025

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined the following refund and transfer policy for the 2025 DeW Life Retreat:

  • Full Refunds: Registrants are eligible for a full 100% refund of their event registration if requested on or before June 30, 2025.
  • Partial Refunds: Between July 1, 2025, and July 31, 2025, a 50% refund may be issued.
  • No Refunds: After August 1, 2025, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, your ticket is transferable. You may sell or transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague. However, the sale or transfer of tickets is the sole responsibility of the attendee.

To complete the transfer process, you must notify DeW Life with the name and contact details of the new ticket holder. This ensures they are fully registered and can take advantage of all retreat experiences.
