About Us
A heartfelt initiative rooted in generosity, compassion, and purpose
The DeW Good Fund is the philanthropic heartbeat of Dental Entrepreneur Women (DeW)—created to support and uplift charitable organizations that align with our mission and values.
Founded by Anne Duffy, the DeW Good Fund began as a natural extension of the annual DeW Life Retreat and its community-driven fundraising efforts. What started as a few heartfelt initiatives has grown into a movement rooted in generosity, compassion, and purpose.
We recognize that many in our world face overwhelming challenges just to make it through the day. Guided by one of DeW’s core beliefs—“To whom much is given, much is expected”—we are committed to using our collective abundance to ease burdens and open doors for others.
Thanks to the remarkable generosity of our DeW community, our fundraisers have made a powerful impact—and as that impact grows, so does the need for a more intentional approach. This page serves as our hub for giving, transparency, and connection.

Benefiting the DeW Good Fund
At this year’s DeW Life – Dental Entrepreneur Woman Retreat, we’re coming together not just to grow, but to give.
The DeW Raffle is one of the most impactful ways we raise funds for the DeW Good Fund and our selected charitable partner. It’s also your chance to showcase your brilliance, support a meaningful cause, and gain visibility in front of 250+ powerhouse women in dentistry.
Whether you’re a speaker, vendor, sponsor, or part of our DeW community—we invite you to contribute something special and be part of something bigger.
Every item donated helps us empower more women, fund more causes, and continue the legacy of lifting others as we rise.
All proceeds benefit the DeW Good Fund and the charity selected by Anne Duffy and Kristie Boltz at the 2025 DeW Life Retreat.

What to Donate
We’re looking for items or experiences that align with our mission and values. Consider donating:
- CE courses or coaching sessions
- Workshops, webinars, or keynote presentations (live or virtual)

Scholarship
DeW Good Fund Scholarship
Empowering Every DeW to Be There
The DeW Good Fund Scholarship was created to ensure that no DeW is left behind due to financial constraints. We recognize that life and business come with seasons, and sometimes, those seasons make it harder to say “yes” to ourselves. This scholarship is designed to support a DeW Life member who may not otherwise be able to attend the 2025 DeW Life Retreat in Charlotte, NC.
More than just a retreat ticket, this is an opportunity for personal and professional growth, genuine connection, and belonging within a powerful network of women in dentistry. If this sounds like the support you need this year, we encourage you to apply. You belong here.
What’s Included
- One (1) full registration to the 2025 DeW Life Retreat (Nov. 13–15, 2025)
- Two (2) nights at the Ballantyne Hotel (Nov. 13 & 14)
- Access to all retreat events, panels, workshops, meals, and networking experiences
- Note: Airfare/travel is not included
Who Can Apply
- Must be an active DeW Life member
- May be navigating a season where financial or personal circumstances make attending difficult
- Committed to being present for the full retreat experience
- Passionate about growing, connecting, and contributing within the DeW community

NonProfit Partners
Are you a non-profit and would like to be considered to be featured at our next DeW retreat?
Complete the application form by clicking the button below. All applications will be reviewed by Anne Duffy (DeW/DGF founder) and the DeW Good Fund committee who will make the selections. Typically 3 non-profits per year are chosen. The non-profit founders must be DeW members. We will consider your application for the next DeW retreat and follow up with you with future directions.
Dress for Success
Benefit Program
We’re thrilled to bring back one of the most heart-centered traditions of the DeW Life Retreat—the Dress for Success Benefit Program.
This initiative is a beautiful reflection of our mission: women supporting women. By donating a professional outfit, you’re giving another DeW the gift of confidence, empowerment, and the opportunity to walk into her next chapter feeling seen and supported.
What to Bring
If you’re able and have space in your luggage—we invite you to bring one professional outfit to donate. This might include:
- A pantsuit or skirt suit
- A professional dress
- A blouse with tailored pants or a skirt
- Blazers, jackets, or office-ready separates
Please ensure your donation meets these guidelines:
- Gently used, clean, and in excellent condition
- No rips, stains, or signs of heavy wear
- In season and in style (ideally purchased within the last 3-5 years)
- On hangers or neatly packed in a box—no trash bags, please ask yourself: “Would I feel confident walking into an interview or boardroom wearing this?”
We kindly ask each participant to donate just one (1) complete outfit so we can accommodate all contributions and maintain quality.
Donation Instructions
Each donated outfit should be:
- Clearly labeled with your First & Last Name
- Tagged with the size
- Brought on a hanger if possible
Please note: At this time, we are not accepting shoes, accessories, or casual wear.
Final Donations:
Any unclaimed clothing will be collected and donated to Dress for Success Charlotte after the retreat. A representative from the organization will be present on Saturday morning to share a few words about their mission and the impact of your generosity.
