Welcome to Dental Entrepreneur Woman (DeW Life). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the dew.life website, membership services, magazine subscriptions, events, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. About DeW Life

Dental Entrepreneur Woman (DeW Life) is a community and platform dedicated to inspiring, connecting, empowering, and highlighting women in dentistry. Our mission is to provide a space for professional women in the dental industry to share their stories, build meaningful connections, and create lasting impact.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or have parental/guardian consent.

3.2 Professional Status

While our primary focus is women in dentistry, we welcome all individuals interested in supporting and connecting with our community, regardless of gender or professional background.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. Membership Services

4.1 Membership Tiers

DeW Life offers various membership levels, which may include:

• Basic membership with access to community features
• Premium memberships with additional benefits
• Platinum membership with retreat and VIP event access

Specific benefits and pricing are detailed on our membership pages and are subject to change.

4.2 Membership Benefits

Membership may include:

• Access to the DeW Life community and networking opportunities
• DeW Life Magazine in digital and/or print format (depending on tier)
• Invitations to member-only events, including DeW Retreats and Learning Crew sessions
• Opportunities to be featured on the Just DeW It Podcast, website, and social media
• Access to mastermind sessions and educational resources
• VIP House Party access (for applicable tiers)
• Weekly DeW Connect calls
• Professional development opportunities

4.3 Membership Fees

• Membership fees are charged according to the selected tier and billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify membership fees with 30 days’ notice to active members
• Payment is due at the time of registration or renewal

4.4 Automatic Renewal

• Memberships may automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged using your payment method on file
• You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date
• Cancellation must be requested via email to Hello@dew.life

4.5 Cancellation

• You may cancel your membership at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial membership periods unless required by law
• You retain access to membership benefits until the end of the paid period

5. Events and Retreats

5.1 Event Registration

• Registration for DeW Retreats, Learning Crew events, and other gatherings is subject to availability
• Event fees are separate from membership fees unless bundled
• Event registration may require additional payment and terms

5.2 Event Policies

• Event schedules, speakers, and activities are subject to change
• You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses unless otherwise specified
• DeW Life is not liable for travel disruptions or personal expenses
• Specific refund and cancellation policies apply to each event and will be communicated at registration

5.3 Code of Conduct

All event participants must:

• Treat others with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Follow venue rules and safety guidelines
• Respect intellectual property and confidentiality

DeW Life reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.

6. Magazine and Content

6.1 Magazine Delivery

• DeW Life Magazine is published periodically (timing subject to change)
• Digital delivery is provided to all members
• Print delivery is provided based on membership tier selection
• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or postal service delays

6.2 Content Submissions

If you submit content (stories, articles, photos, etc.) to DeW Life:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant DeW Life a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and promote your content across our platforms
• You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on others’ rights
• DeW Life may edit content for clarity, length, or editorial standards
• DeW Life is not obligated to publish all submissions

6.3 Intellectual Property

All content on dew.life, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DeW Life or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. User Conduct

7.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Services for lawful purposes only
• Respect other community members
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our website
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

7.3 Consequences

Violation of these Terms may result in:

• Suspension or termination of your account
• Removal from events
• Legal action if applicable
• No refund of fees paid

9. Payment and Billing

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEW LIFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

13.2 By DeW Life

• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Services
• Your conduct harms or could harm DeW Life or other users

• Your access to membership benefits ends
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at Hello@dew.life. We will work in good faith to resolve issues informally.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Charlotte, North Carolina and be conducted in English.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14.4 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and DeW Life regarding the Services.

16.2 Severability
