Clear policies for ticket changes and refunds
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined the following refund and transfer policy for the 2026 DeW Life Retreat:
- Full Refunds: Registrants are eligible for a 100% refund of their event registration if requested on or before June 30, 2026
- Partial Refunds: From July 1, 2026, and July 31, 2026, a 50% refund may be issued.
- No Refunds: After August 1, 2026, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Tickets cannot be deferred to a future year. However, they can be transferred to another individual. You may sell or transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague, the sale/transfer is the sole responsibility of the attendee.
To complete the transfer, please ensure the DeW Life team receives the name, email, and contact details of the new ticket holder so they are properly registered and receive all communications and access to the full retreat experience.
